Sports

 

1. Shall coordinate all sports activities within the Association.

2. Shall coordinate inter-club sport activities and shall endeavour to have full participation in R.C.N.A. Sport’s day.

3. Shall recommend to the Executive all purchases of sports equipment and trophies.

4. Shall be responsible for organizing trips, i.e. Baseball, Hockey, Horse Racing etc…..

5. Shall be responsible to maintain sports equipment and keep an inventory of equipment and trophies.

6. Shall call meetings as required for members interested in organizing sporting events. Shall make arrangements for space and time allocation in the Association.

7. Shall organize and/or assist with special events, i.e. Fishing Derby.

8. All sports equipment used in the Association shall be the property of the Association
